The theme for this Pasta Making Experience is Christmas Edit

Make your own pasta dough from scratch and shape two pastas in seasonal colours - naturally dyed red and green. Prepare Spinach Tortellini with Romesco Sauce and Beetroot Tagliatelle in Cacio e Pepe Alfredo, while learning how sauces pair with each shape. 

You’ll also explore iconic Italian cheeses, followed by a guided preparation and plating of your dishes.

Krisha and Mahek are two accomplished chefs who came together to create Aromé, a brand born from an unwavering passion for food and culinary artistry.

Krisha, an alumna of IHM Goa, brings her expertise in savoury cuisine, shaped by years of experience in prestigious kitchens such as The Taj Mahal Palace, Hyatt Centric, and KMC*. Her craft reflects depth, finesse, and an intuitive understanding of flavours.

Mahek, a graduate of Sheila Raheja Institute, complements this with her exceptional talent in bakery and confectionery. Her professional journey through esteemed establishments like The Oberoi Trident and Ekaa, along with specialised training at the School of European Pastry & Culinary Arts, has refined her skill into a true art form.

With a combined industry experience of over six to seven years, their shared love for food, creativity, and innovation gave rise to Aromé—a brand built on passion, precision, and a deep commitment to excellence.

Together, Krisha masters the savoury, Mahek elevates the sweet, and Aromé stands as a harmonious blend of their craft, vision, and devotion to creating unforgettable culinary experiences.

What's a 'Trove Experience’

Are children allowed to attend the experience?

Our experiences are designed for adults due to the nature of activities involved. However, children aged 12 and above can join when accompanied by a guardian. In such cases, both the child and the accompanying adult need to be registered as paid participants.

Can I take back the pasta that I have made?

Yes, you can take home the pasta you’ve prepared during the cookalong.

Will I learn to make the filling for the stuffed pasta?

While our cookalong will cover the preparation of a delicious pasta dish, the process of making the filling for stuffed pasta is quite involved and time-consuming. As such, in this experience the focus is on creating the pasta dish rather than the stuffing. However, the recipe card you take back home will include the instructions for making the stuffing, which you can try on your own.

Do you provide veg/non-veg options for the cookalong?

Yes, our cookalong includes both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. For those who prefer a vegetarian choice, we can provide eggless pasta dough upon request, during the experience.

Do you offer Vegan/ Gluten-free dietary options for the cookalong?

Currently, we do not provide vegan or gluten-free options for our cookalong experiences.

Is this experience beginner-friendly?

This experience is absolutely beginner-friendly. Our experts will take you through everything you need to know, making it a fun and accessible experience for everyone.

How far in advance should I book the spot?

It's best if you book online well in advance. Since we work in small groups and on a first come first serve basis, last minute availability may be limited.

Will I receive certifications for attending the experience?

The experiences we offer are one-time, 2-3 hour formats that cover the introductory aspects of the topic. We don't provide courses or official certifications; the idea is to simply discover something new in an engaging manner, and in the company of like-minded people.

Will I get a discount for this experience?

We don’t typically do discounts since our experiences are designed for intimate groups with small margins. However, we do promise to pack enough value in terms of what you will experience.
