Chef Yashraj Dharadhar serves as the Culinary Chef at the Academy of Pastry & Culinary Arts. He holds a Master’s degree in Culinary Arts from IMI, Switzerland, and has honed his expertise at prestigious international restaurants, including KKL Luzern in Switzerland and the sous chef role at Adda in Hamburg, Germany. Domestically, he has worked with the award-winning Olive Bar & Kitchen in Mumbai and began his journey with the Taj Group. Passionate about hot kitchen operations and continental cuisine, Chef Yashraj specializes in modern French cooking and molecular gastronomy.

Our experiences are designed for adults, given the nature of the activities and the level of focus and assistance they require. However, children aged 12 and above may join when accompanied by an adult/guardian. In such cases, two paid spots must be booked, one for the child and one for the accompanying adult.

A. The experiences we offer are one-time, 2-3 hour formats that cover the introductory aspects of the topic. We don't provide courses or official certifications; the idea is to simply discover something new in an engaging manner, and in the company of like-minded people.
