The theme for this cookalong is Spanish Tapas.
The cookalong: Learn to make 2 types of Spanish Tapas (appetisers) - Patatas Bravas and Empanadas (Veg and Non-Veg options).
The meal: Relish Ajo Blanco (cold soup), Tortilla de Patatas (Spanish Omelette), Chickpea and Spinach Stew, along with the two Spanish Tapas made by you.

About The Host
Aparna runs 'The Traveling Thali', which aims to have people fall in love with different cultures through their food, thus focusing on our shared humanity than on our differences. She organizes culture and food workshops about Latin America, Turkey, Georgia, Armenia, Uzbekistan, and Spain - all cultures she has fallen in love with from her travels, linguistic explorations, and experience living there. At the heart of all of this is her identity as a Mangalorean living in Mumbai, with access to amazing local ingredients that lend themselves well to global cuisines.
