About The Host
Hailing from Sri Lanka, Chef Chaminda brings over 18 years of expertise in confectionery. His journey began in 2004 at a five-star property in Sri Lanka, before joining Magnolia Bakery in the UAE in 2012. As a key figure in launching the first Magnolia Bakery at Dubai Mall, his outstanding work led to the successful opening of another outlet in Abu Dhabi. Over the years, Chef Chaminda managed seven locations across the UAE before taking on the role of Head Chef at Magnolia Bakery India.The Magnolia desserts that top his list of favorites are the Blueberry Jamboree and Carrot Cake.
