Poonam Dhandhania is a Clinical Sound Healer and Meditation Facilitator with an experience of over 10 years. She is a recognized expert with International Academy of Sound Healing. Some of the other therapies that she practices include reiki, tarot, Sujok, counseling, hypnotherapy, and so on.

What should I carry for the sound bath experience?
Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothes and bring a blanket and pillow for comfort, as you’ll be lying down for an extended period. Yoga mats will be provided in the experience.
Can pregnant women join the experience?
Yes, pregnant women can join the experience after the first trimester.
How far in advance should I book the spot?
It's best if you book online well in advance. Since we work in small groups and on a first come, first serve basis, last minute availability may be limited.
Will I get a discount for this experience?
We don’t typically do discounts, since our experiences are designed for intimate groups with small margins. However, we do promise to pack enough value in terms of what you will experience!
