Drawing inspiration from community dining and the pleasures of deep diving into the art of cooking and dining well, this experience helps you engage all five senses when you're in the kitchen. The caviar on the top is relishing a wonderful meal that you, along with a bunch of people, will cook together.

The theme of this cookalong is Neapolitan Pizza.

  • The cookalong: Learn to make and stretch the pizza dough and authentic Italian sauce from scratch, assemble the pizza with toppings and taste different cheeses. Learn how to use a wood fired oven to bake pizzas.

  • The meal: Mocktail, the Pizza that you make, Tiramisu.

    Note: The cookalong includes vegetarian and non-vegetarian meal options.

About The Host

From the dough to the fire, Chef Anurag Sengupta lives and breathes Neapolitan pizza. Trained under master pizzaiolos like Davide and Ricardo—representatives of legendary European flour brands Caputo and Stagioni—Anurag’s craft is steeped in authenticity.

An IHM Pusa graduate and a Diploma de Patisserie holder from Lavonne Academy, Bengaluru, he brings precision, passion, and flavor to every pizza.

A proud winner of McCain StarChef Season 2, Chef Anurag’s journey has been shaped by the guidance of culinary mentor Chef Sabyasachi Gorai, who opened the doors to international techniques and collaborations.

His pizzas rise to perfection in custom ovens made by Marco Cappiotti, an Italian oven artisan based in Chandigarh—bringing a slice of Naples right to your plate.

How far in advance should I book the spot?

It's best if you book online well in advance. Since we work in small groups and on a first come first serve basis, last minute availability may be limited.

Will I receive certifications for attending the experience?

The experiences we offer are one-time, 2-3 hour formats that cover the introductory aspects of the topic. We don't provide courses or official certifications; the idea is to simply discover something new in an engaging manner, and in the company of like-minded people.

Will I get a discount for this experience?

We don’t typically do discounts since our experiences are designed for intimate groups with small margins. However, we do promise to pack enough value in terms of what you will experience.
