Drawing inspiration from community dining and the pleasures of deep diving into the art of cooking and dining well, this experience helps you engage all five senses when you're in the kitchen. The caviar on the top is relishing a wonderful meal that you, along with a bunch of people, will cook together.

The theme for this cookalong is Italian cuisine (Pasta making)

  • The cookalong Learn to make Pasta dough, 2 stuffed pasta (Fagottini and Agnolotti), 1 flat pasta (Parpadelle), Brown Butter emulsion sauce, and enjoy a step-by-step Tiramisu demonstration.

  • The meal: The pasta you make, served with the tiramisu. Participants take home the flat pasta and Tiramisu cups.

Note: The cookalong includes Vegetarian and Non-Vegetarian options. Pasta dough can be eggless for those who don’t consume eggs.

About The Host

Chef Aditi Dixit is currently serving as the Senior Sous Chef at APCA Gurugram. With a rich and diverse background in the culinary industry, she has held pivotal roles that highlight her expertise and leadership. Before her current role, Chef Aditi worked as the FnB Consultant & Operations Manager at CYK Hospitalities Pvt. Ltd. She began her culinary journey at Indian Accent New Delhi, where she honed her skills. Aditi's career trajectory also includes a management trainee position with Ekatra Hospitality Pvt. Ltd., followed by her role as Junior Sous Chef at Indian Accent New York. She further contributed to the culinary landscape at Comorin Gurugram.

Chef Aditi holds an MBA in Operations & Supply Chain Management from IIM Indore, complementing her culinary expertise with strong business acumen. She also holds a diploma in Hospitality from LCB Gurugram, as well as a BBA, laying a solid foundation for her career in both the kitchen and hospitality industry.

Q. Are children allowed to attend the experience?

A. Our experiences are typically designed for adults seeking a specific level of engagement. There is more appreciation overall towards what we're offering. However, children above the age of 10 can join the experience, if they are accompanied by a parent for supervision.

Q. Can I take back the pasta that I have made?

A. Yes, you can take home the pasta you’ve prepared during the cookalong.

Q. Will I learn to make the filling for the stuffed pasta?

A. While our cookalong will cover the preparation of a delicious pasta dish, the process of making the filling for stuffed pasta is quite involved and time-consuming. As such, in this experience the focus is on creating the pasta dish rather than the stuffing. However, the recipe card you take back home will include the instructions for making the stuffing, which you can try on your own.

Q. Do you provide veg/non-veg options for the cookalong?

A. Yes, our cookalong includes both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. For those who prefer a vegetarian choice, we can provide eggless pasta dough upon request, during the experience.

Q. Do you offer Vegan/ Gluten-free dietary options for the cookalong?

A. Currently, we do not provide vegan or gluten-free options for our cookalong experiences.

Q. Is this experience beginner-friendly?

A. This experience is absolutely beginner-friendly. Our experts will take you through everything you need to know, making it a fun and accessible experience for everyone.

Q. How far in advance should I book the spot?

A. It's best if you book online well in advance. Since we work in small groups and on a first come first serve basis, last minute availability may be limited.

Q: Will I receive certifications for attending the experience?

A. The experiences we offer are one-time, 2-3 hour formats that cover the introductory aspects of the topic. We don't provide courses or official certifications; the idea is to simply discover something new in an engaging manner, and in the company of like-minded people.

Q. Will I get a discount for this experience?

A. We don’t typically do discounts since our experiences are designed for intimate groups with small margins. However, we do promise to pack enough value in terms of what you will experience.
