Join our Lasagna Making Experience and learn to knead fresh dough, roll pasta sheets, cook two rich sauces (pomodoro and bechamel), layer it all with care and bake your own lasagna to take home.
Ticket price includes the cost of all the ingredients and materials required for the brewing and tasting experience.
Registrations close on the day of the experience - an hour prior to the start time, subject to availability of seats.

About the Host
Puja, a native Hyderabadi, has had a varied career, from banking & financial services in Delhi to culinary school in London to running the kitchen at one of Bengaluru's much loved Italian restaurants. This is where she crossed paths with the founders of Milano, Sara & Giancarlo, and joined them as a Business Partner in Hyderabad.

Q: Will I receive certifications for attending the experience?
A. The experiences we offer are one-time, 2-3 hour formats that cover the introductory aspects of the topic. We don't provide courses or official certifications; the idea is to simply discover something new in an engaging manner, and in the company of like-minded people.
Q: How far in advance should I book the spot?
A: It's best if you book online in advance. Since we work in small groups and on a first come first serve basis, we cannot guarantee a spot last minute.
Q: Will I get a discount for this experience?
A: We don’t typically do discounts since our experiences are designed for intimate groups with small margins. However, we do promise to pack enough value in terms of what you will experience.
