Inspired by ancient yogic traditions, Aerial Yoga takes flight for the modern explorer. Emerging in the 2000s, it reimagines classic poses with the playful freedom of a custom-designed aerial hammock.

Airo Yoga, a specific style within Aerial Yoga, incorporates the flowing sequences of Vinyasa yoga, the core control of Pilates, the thrill of inversions, and the playful connection of acro play. The result creates a truly exhilarating and accessible practice that uses Eastern philosophies to offer a unique path to strength, mindfulness, and a joyful flight for all.

What's a 'Trove Experience’

As our cities swell, we tend to do fewer and repetitive things for recreation. With Trove, you get to break the monotony and explore fresh activities in your city, meet like-minded souls, and develop a deeper appreciation for the finer things.

Most of us likely resonate with terms like 'workshops' or 'events.’ What makes these an 'experience' is the energies we put into scouring the right artists, creators and storytellers, to ensure that each Trove Experience leaves you enriched with meaningful moments to collect for your very own treasure trove.

FAQs

What is the minimum age limit for this experience?

Our experiences are designed for adults, given the nature of the activities and the level of focus and assistance they require. However, children aged 5 and above may join when accompanied by an adult/guardian. In such cases, two paid spots must be booked, one for the child and one for the accompanying adult.

What is the upper weight limit for the Airo Yoga experience?

There is no upper weight limit as such but if you can hold a plank for 5 seconds, you are all set to join the experience.

How far in advance should I book the spot?

It's best if you book online well in advance. Since we work in small groups and on a first come, first serve basis, last minute availability may be limited.

Will I receive certifications for attending the experience?

The experiences we offer are one-time, 2-3 hour formats that cover the introductory aspects of the topic. We don't provide courses or official certifications; the idea is to simply discover something new in an engaging manner, and in the company of like-minded people.

Will I get a discount for this experience?

We don’t typically do discounts since our experiences are designed for intimate groups with small margins. However, we do promise to pack enough value in terms of what you will experience.

Who should not attend the experience?

For individuals dealing with vertigo, have had recent eye surgeries, or conditions affecting your balance, this experience may not be suitable for you.
