About The Host
With a background in hospitality from IHM Mumbai and professional stints in communications with a leading bank and a pet care brand, Preeti Rathod has always had a flair for blending structure with soul. What began as a personal passion project soon evolved into The Theatric Platter (TTP), a bespoke culinary and tablescape styling brand that now crafts immersive dining experiences for some of the country’s most iconic names.
Without formal culinary school credentials, Preeti built TTP entirely on the back of hands-on learning, relentless curiosity, and self-driven training. In its early days, she donned the chef’s apron herself. Today, after mentoring and shaping a core team, she leads the brand’s creative vision, spearheading menu development and tablescape styling that reflect her signature aesthetic: theatrical, thoughtful, and deeply personal.
Under her leadership, TTP has collaborated with top-tier brands and been featured by some of India’s most respected media platforms. Preeti continues to redefine the experiential food space, not with pomp, but with passion and precision.
