About The Host
Prashant is a passionate cheesemaker and the founder of PS Cheese Café in Hyderabad — a space started with the belief that great cheese can be made anywhere, even in a city where many said it wasn’t possible. After two years of learning, experimenting, and working with local dairies, he launched the café in July 2022.
Since then, PS Cheese has been embraced by the city, offering fresh cheese, comforting food, and coffee. Driven by curiosity and community love, Prashant continues to explore new techniques and share the joy of cheesemaking with others.

It's best if you book online well in advance. Since we work in small groups and on a first come, first serve basis, last minute availability may be limited.
Will I receive certifications for attending the experience?
The experiences we offer are one-time, 2-3 hour formats that cover the introductory aspects of the topic. We don't provide courses or official certifications; the idea is to simply discover something new in an engaging manner, and in the company of like-minded people.
Will I get a discount for this experience?
We don’t typically do discounts since our experiences are designed for intimate groups with small margins. However, we do promise to pack enough value in terms of what you will experience.
