Suha is on a journey of exploring herself and what different places, people, and things have to offer. Her philosophy is based on holistic healing anchored on breath, the source of our lives.
She is passionate about the power of breath, the holistic healing that comes with the different tools and wants to share it with as many people as possible. She is a certified Yoga Teacher (500 hours-Yoga Alliance, multi-style), a Breathwork facilitator (International Breathwork Federation - IBF), and a Sound & Energy worker.
