Originally trained as an engineer, Neel discovered his love for baking through a cake-baking course, which soon turned into a successful business. Over the years, this hobby evolved into a true passion, prompting him to specialize in pastry and baking at APCA, Bangalore. One of his biggest dreams has been to open Pune’s first authentic gelateria—gelato has been a key area of his expertise, and he has worked hard to perfect it.
