Tiramisu, meaning "pick me up" in Italian, was crafted to be as uplifting as its name suggests. Some myths trace it back to the 17th century, when a similar dessert called Duke’s Soup was made for Grand Duke Cosimo III de’ Medici, but the tiramisu we know today took shape much later.

Originally more of a custard than a cake, tiramisu evolved into its signature layered form, with espresso-soaked biscuits and creamy mascarpone. Over the years, it has become a global favourite, loved for its rich yet airy texture and simple, no-bake process.

Join our Tiramisu Making Experience and learn to craft this classic Italian dessert along with variations like Matcha Tiramisu and Strawberry Tiramisu entirely from scratch, including baking your own ladyfingers or sponge. Learn key techniques, from achieving the perfect mascarpone texture to balancing flavours, and assemble your tiramisu step by step. Take home your handcrafted treats to enjoy and share.

With nine years devoted to the art of pastry, Simran spent the last eight building her own dessert brand from the ground up, now run through her cloud kitchen in Koregoan Park. Trained in Mumbai, she loves creating desserts that blend technique with comfort and creativity. She works closely with clients for catering, table setups, and café collaborations, bringing a personal touch to every project. Her goal is always to make people feel joy through thoughtful, beautifully crafted sweets.

The experiences we offer are one-time, 2-3 hour formats that cover the introductory aspects of the topic. We don't provide courses or official certifications; the idea is to simply discover something new in an engaging manner, and in the company of like-minded people.
