Drawing inspiration from community dining and the pleasures of deep diving into the art of cooking and dining well, this experience helps you engage all five senses when you're in the kitchen. The caviar on the top is relishing a wonderful meal that you, along with a bunch of people, will cook together.

The theme for this cookalong is Italian cuisine (Pasta making)

  • The cookalong Learn to make Pasta dough, 2 stuffed pasta (Fagottini and Agnolotti), 1 flat pasta (Parpadelle), Brown Butter emulsion sauce, and enjoy a step-by-step Tiramisu demonstration.

  • The meal: The pasta and tiramisu that you make. Participants take home the flat pasta and Tiramisu cups.

Note: The cookalong includes Vegetarian and Non-Vegetarian options. Pasta dough can be eggless for those who don’t consume eggs.

About The Host

Chef Eram is a graduate of OCLD, an esteemed school of Hospitality Management in the country. She has worked withnthe Oberoi group for 7 years, specializing in Indian cuisine. She honed her skills in different regional cuisines working across multiple cities like Gurgaon, Delhi, Agra, Hyderabad, Mumbai, and Bangalore. Since 2022, Eram has been contributing as a Senior Sous Chef at The Academy of Pastry and Culinary Arts, showcasing their culinary mastery and leadership in the field.
