Mediterranean food brings the best of many worlds onto one plate. It’s the ultimate culinary melting pot, blending techniques from all across the coastlines. But while the flavours might change, the philosophy is always simple: fresh produce, great olive oil and the perfect touch of spice.
The result is food that feels honest, distinct and deeply connected - much like the Shawarma platter you will craft in this experience.
You will prepare a complete Mediterranean shawarma platter, including a spiced chicken or paneer filling, handmade pita bread, Greek salad and tzatziki. To top it off, you’ll watch a live demo of the chef’s signature hummus and get to taste it alongside your meal.
Note: Participants will work in pairs during this experience.

What's a 'Trove Experience’

As our cities swell, we tend to do fewer and repetitive things for recreation. With Trove, you get to break the monotony and explore fresh activities in your city, meet like-minded souls, and develop a deeper appreciation for the finer things.

Most of us likely resonate with terms like 'workshops' or 'events.’ What makes these an 'experience' is the energies we put into scouring the right artists, creators and storytellers, to ensure that each Trove Experience leaves you enriched with meaningful moments to collect for your very own treasure trove.
