The inception of Tagda Raho traces back to its founder, Rishabh Malhotra's personal journey when, a neurological condition had him experiencing 70% paralysis in his left arm. Rishabh sought a way to regain mobility and strength, and what started as a passion project is now in the process of cultivating a movement of its own, a movement to revive the “OG Indian Workout."
