Born on 19 October 1973 in Vibo Valentia, a small province in the Calabria region of southern Italy, Chef Giuseppe Mandaradoni grew up in the picturesque countryside, surrounded by the vibrant flavours of his grandparents’ farm. With 32 years of experience in the culinary world, Chef Giuseppe has made a name for himself as a visionary in the kitchen. Most recently, he served as the Executive Chef at The St. Regis Cairo, where he crafted innovative culinary concepts that seamlessly blend artistry and gastronomy.

His impressive career has taken him across the globe, collaborating with Michelin-starred chefs and working in luxurious hotels and award-winning restaurants in Italy, the USA, France, Switzerland, India, Mauritius, and Egypt. Chef Giuseppe's passion for cooking and his commitment to excellence continue to inspire those who experience his culinary creations, making every dish a celebration of flavour and tradition.

A. Yes, our cookalong includes both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. For those who prefer a vegetarian choice, we can provide eggless pasta dough upon request, during the experience.

A. Currently, we do not provide vegan or gluten-free options for our cookalong experiences.

Q. Is this experience beginner-friendly?

A. This experience is absolutely beginner-friendly. Our experts will take you through everything you need to know, making it a fun and accessible experience for everyone.

Q. How far in advance should I book the spot?

A. It's best if you book online well in advance. Since we work in small groups and on a first come first serve basis, last minute availability may be limited.

Q: Will I receive certifications for attending the experience?

A. The experiences we offer are one-time, 2-3 hour formats that cover the introductory aspects of the topic. We don't provide courses or official certifications; the idea is to simply discover something new in an engaging manner, and in the company of like-minded people.

Q. Will I get a discount for this experience?

A. We don’t typically do discounts since our experiences are designed for intimate groups with small margins. However, we do promise to pack enough value in terms of what you will experience.
