You start with nothing but a pile of colourful fibres and a specialised barbed needle. By simply poking the wool repeatedly (called felting), you tangle the fibers until they lock into place. It is like you are ‘painting with wool’, building up layers of colour and texture as you go.

About The Host
Mehnaz Mujawar comes from an architecture background and found her way into art through curiosity and self-learning. Over the last decade, she’s been creating, experimenting and sharing her work, while also running an art-focused Instagram page and selling her handmade pieces along the way.
Lately, teaching has become a big part of her practice. She curates workshops, children’s summer camps, and hands-on art experiences that focus on slowing down, working with materials and enjoying the process of making. For Mehnaz, it’s as much about building a sense of community as it is about the art itself creating spaces where people can explore, learn and find their own form of expression.
