Cookalong: Learn to make Hot Pot, Gyoza, Summer rolls, Papaya Pomelo Salad from scratch, under the guidance of an expert chef.

About The Host

Chef Phankri is a culinary maestro, whose journey celebrates passion, perseverance, and the pursuit of excellence in the kitchen.

His journey from a student at North Point English School to a celebrated chef is nothing short of inspiring. After exploring engineering and information technology, he found his true passion in cooking during his hotel management course at IHM Goa. His dedication and talent led him to train at prestigious establishments like JW Marriott Sahar and The Oberoi, where he excelled and garnered accolades, including leading a Michelin-starred restaurant in New Delhi.

Today, as a brand chef for Vietnom restaurants and an executive chef for Tatou, Chef Phankri continues to delight diners with his culinary creations. His love for cooking, instilled by his family, shines through in every dish he prepares, whether it's pork, seafood, or his beloved fermented dry fish.
